Gardening Party ~ May 2010
Navarra's Green House, from Eagle Harbor, donatedall the flowers for the kids in the program. The kids were able to learn how to plant and take care of their flowers at home!

"Everyone's" Birthday Celebration ~ April 2010
The Just Friends celebrated a Birthday Bash for all the children in the program. They made sand art pens, painted gooodie bags and made birthday bracelets! Birthday Cake and Ice Cram were donated by Louise Monaghan, a mentor in the program.

The Seneca Park Zoomobile Visits Us ~ Feb & March 2010
Mentees have the great opportunity to meet and learn about ducks, turtles, and others, and how these animals survive in the wild. The Zoo Mobile visited both our Genesee County and Orleans County Offices.

Just Friends Back to School Party ~ September 2009
On September 19th, 2009 The Just Friends Mentoring Program held a Back To School Party for the children in the program. We made pencil cases, pencil toppers and book-markers. Thank You to the Gaines Congregational United Church of Christ for donating space to the program to hold the activity!

Golf Scramble ~ August 2009
It was a great day... fun was had by all. Over $10,000.00 was raised for the Genesee Orleans Ministry of Concern.

Strawberry Festival ~ June 2009
Gomoc set up an informational booth at the Strawberry Fest. Children were able to play a golf game to win a prize. Information was handed out to people about all the programs at GOMOC!
