2009 SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE!
The Just Friends Youth Mentoring Program is again this year doing a School Supply Drive! Anyone who has children knows how expensive school supplies can be, especially if you have more than one child in the family. With your help, last year we were able to help 218 children with school supplies! We were also able to supply some school district with extra supplies.
This year we would like to be able to help more children start off the school year right! You can adopt a child or family, give a gift card, or just buy a few supplies! I would like to have all supplies here in our office by August 25, 2009. This will enable us to hand them out to families the week of August 31, 2009. If you or your Organization, Agency, Work or Church would like to help with the school supply drive, please call me at 589-9210.
